Mar 13 2007, 11:39 AM EDT Nancy Skinner lost to Knollenberg by about 5% in 2006. In 2004, Steve Reifman lost to Knollenberg by considerably more. Skinner *did* run (and lose) for U.S. Senate in Illinois in 2004, but she was running against Barak Obama for the Dem. nomination, so I don't see this as being too significant of a loss. 0 out of 1 found this valuable.
