I really can't believe that Biden is thinking of running for president. I mean really, where is his base? Can somebody draw or write up a description of what core Democratic voter Biden thinks he's going to appeal to? He's an old establishment Dem, and those voters are probably already with Hillary. I can't see him appealing to the grass/netroots Dems? Can anybody help explain this guy to me? Can anyone convince me that he'll draw more than 4% or 5% of the vote in a Democratic primary? Will the drug companies give him that much "Cha-Ching" $$?
